This 2 x 4 week self paced programme is for novice or beginner cyclists would like to be able to ride with confidence:

What Does it Include : 

  1. Email Consultation (medical and cycling history, your goals, basic "how-to" primers).
  2. Structured ride plans based on Perceived Rate of Exertion (RPE)
  3. Optional TrainingPeaks basic account (App downloaded to your smartphone)
  4. Zwift Integration
  5. Extend to additional months

Note that you will benefit from having a (free) subscription to Strava, and download the Strava App to your smartphone so that you can track your rides.
