This plan is designed for individuals who need to accelerate their fitness and "bike readiness" in 8 weeks for one or more 100 mile rides, eg a sportive or charity event.
It concentrates on midweek tempo and interval efforts (preferrably on a turbo trainer), plus flat-to-rolling road sessions to build strength and aerobic fitness. Alongside there sessions you will build up to longer rides at the weekend, with shorter fasted rides that accelerate your endurance and weight loss.
The plan includes consultations, advice on technique plus emails with the coach to discuss progress and issues.

Note that this requires you to have a cycle computer and suitable heart rate monitor.
