It concentrates on midweek tempo and interval efforts (preferrably on a turbo trainer, plus flat-to-rolling road sessions to maintain strength and aerobic fitness.
Alongside these sessions you will keep do longer rides at the weekend as longer as the weather holds, with shorter fasted rides that maintain your endurance.
The plan includes consultations, monthly updates to ensure alignment with your goals, plus WhatsApps with the coach to discuss progress and issues.

Note that it is preferable that you to have a cycle computer and suitable heart rate monitor.
