Self Coached : Supplementary Assistance (12 weeks)

This is an 12 week add-on is for those cyclists who have already purchased an off the shelf training plan and are looking for supplementary assistance and guidance.

I use world leading TrainingPeaks and Data Analysis platforms to create and monitor your training and progress in terms of you own power distribution curve, aerobic capacity, fatigue resistance, anaerobic threshold power, pedal stroke analysis, etc   

Access to the coach is via Zoom, Teams, FaceTime or WhatsApp
