We'll talk about your goals and offer advice to get you going

  1. Before you begin we arrange a short consultation call to discuss your medical history, goals, concerns and areas where you'd like most assistance. 
  2. If you are wondering what you need in terms of clothing, the type of bike, etc, we will help you make informed choices. 
  3. We will also explain how you can get the best out of the training plans and explain how any gizmos and technology we will use works.

Coaching and Support

Once you start we will: 

  1. Get you set up so that your workouts are available on your smartphone or cycle computer and that all the technology is functioning 
  2. Check in with you to discuss your progress  (for personal coaching, the frequency is based on the level of service chosen)
  3. Give you advice on the next of workouts. 
  4. If you run into difficulties, we are here to support you whenever you need it.

Options to Pay For a One-off Training Plan, or Ongoing Personal Coaching, the choice is yours

We understand time, constraints, family pressures and the need for flexibility.    You therefore have three options :

  1.     Buy a training plan with a one-off fee, which includes the initial consultation and regular contact with the coach
  2.     Buy one of our training plans direct from TrainingPeaks (this is the best option for self-coached cyclists)
  3.     Sign up to one our three service level packages (Bronze, Silver or Gold) via TrainingPeaks and get the money back guarantee that TrainingPeaks offer is you are not satisfied
You go at your own pace and work around family, work or other commitments. You remain in control.  

Services

We offer three categories of service depending upon where you are on your journey to fitness and wellbeing, the level of interaction you would like and the goals that you would like to achieve.  The three categories are

Training Packages

We offer three "ready to go" training plans that you can follow at your own pace, with online guidance from the coach through weekly calls. These plans are designed to support all abilities, from the novice/beginner through to club level cyclists who wish to improve their fitness and performance

Personal Coaching 

Our personal coaching programmes are based on the TrainingPeaks coaching packages, and are designed for those cyclists who require longer term planing and coaching support.   We specialise in providing support and coaching for the senior/masters level of athlete, or those aspiring to improve their levels of fitness for particular events that they have planned into their cycling season. 

October 2019 Longer Weekenders

We are offering long weekender breaks in a private and intimate Villa located on the outskirts of Beniarres, inland from Denia. We specialise in catering for riders who cycle for fitness rather than competitively. The rides are inclusive of all abilities (our support vehicle is available as and when you need it, or to start you above the steepest climbs). If you have a good level of fitness and are comfortable on a road bike then this is for you. We tailor the rides to those below the “competitive cyclist” level, for example the average club rider or the cyclist wishing to become fitter for their season of sportives and other cycling enthusiasts’ events. We have four long weekender breaks available for October 2019, however can cater for cycling clubs...contact us for special requests.
